November’s theme is harvest cooking. In this intimate setting, go on a culinary adventure with Katie, enjoy the homestead and see how the farm is coming along.

Begin the class with prepping homemade pasta and while that is resting, enjoy a wine class and cheese tasting. At least half of the wines and cheese have been crafted by Katie on her homestead.

Prepare the rest of the meal with autumn squash and crisp apples in a luscious sauce and prep the side dishes. Enjoy a lovely evening of dinner with three courses, wine, and a gourmet cooking class. All for just $50. All proceeds go to the farm.

December’s theme is Yule and we will be baking fresh bread, preparing a delicious seafood stew, and preparing all of the food for the three course meal. The cooking class would not be complete without a wine course and cheese tasting. At least half of the cheeses and wines were crafted on Katie and Doug’s homestead.
